If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item in its original condition within 30 days of purchase and we will gladly provide a refund, replacement, or an exchange with valid proof of purchase. This applies only to items purchased on www.emersonradio.com

After 30 days we will offer an exchange up to 90 days of purchase for Audio and 1 year for Houseware with a valid proof of purchase.
